Charges and fees

What you are charged, when you see it, and what never changes after you accept.

01

Everything appears before you consent

Your Key Fact Statement itemises every charge and tax that applies to your loan, the amount that will reach your bank account, the total repayable and the exact repayment date. You see it in full before you sign anything.

The figures in the table on this page are the product's published pricing. Your own Key Fact Statement restates them against your sanctioned amount, and the KFS is the document that governs your loan.
02

Nothing is added later

The figures in the letter you accept are the figures you pay. We do not introduce charges after disbursal, and we do not change terms on an active loan without a fresh agreement that you sign.

03

Prepayment is free

You can repay in full at any time before your due date at no penalty. If you exit within three days of disbursal, you repay the principal plus only the interest proportionate to the days used, and the processing fee and GST are refunded pro rata.

04

Late repayment

If the loan runs past its due date, a penal charge of 0.1% per day applies to the overdue principal only. It is never capitalised, and no interest is charged on it. Late repayment may also be reported to credit bureaus, which affects future borrowing. If you expect difficulty, contact support before your due date — we would rather agree a plan than watch charges accumulate.

05

How to compare us honestly

A short-tenure loan carries a high annualised cost by definition. Before borrowing, compare the total rupee cost against a salary advance from your employer, an overdraft on your existing account, or a secured facility. If one of those is cheaper for your situation, take it.

06

What does a ₹10,000 loan cost over 30 days?

The processing fee and GST of ₹590 are deducted upfront, so ₹9,410 reaches your account. Interest at 1% per day on the sanctioned ₹10,000 comes to ₹3,000 over 30 days, making the total repayable ₹13,000 on the due date. Your Key Fact Statement shows this arithmetic for your own figures, including the APR.

07

Is there any charge to apply?

No. Applying, the eligibility pre-filter and verification cost you nothing, and a declined application is never charged. The only upfront charge on a disbursed loan is the processing fee of ₹500 plus 18% GST, deducted before the money reaches you.

The complete price list

Processing fee ₹500 — the only upfront charge, deducted from disbursal

Penal charge on late repayment 0.1% per day on overdue principal only — never capitalised
Foreclosure / prepayment charges Zero, on any day
